Item Shipping and Postage

I try my upmost to make sure that your item(s) get to you as fast as possible and in the same condition that they left my house, I realise that you are eager to receive you new item but could you please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

If you have any queries whilst you are waiting for your item to arrive then please email me and I will do my very best to answer any questions, send tracking numbers, proof of postage, chase up missing post and not what...

Most importantly of all if you have any questions (about your or any item), then please ask...

As always, please check the images carefully before purchasing as what is on you get what is in the images unless otherwise stated.

Shipping is priced to cover the actual postage price, insurance and packaging. If the postage price is significantly less than is advertised then then you will be issued a rebate. Likewise if the price is significantly under quoted you will be ask to pay the additional fee or choose to be refunded your full amount. Please also note that if you choose the incorrect shipping method you will be issued a refund and asked to purchase the item again using the correct shipping method.

Please note that ALL items that are valued at £4.99 and over must use be sent using a recorded delivery service that requires you to sign to accept delivery. If a collection of items is purchase that is valued over £4.99 and you are wishing it to be posted outside of the United Kingdom then please be aware that the shipping price could be higher that the stated individual price for each item.

Below is a list of countries that are designated as Western European for courier Pricing.

*Although ot usually thought of as western European. They fall into the same pricing as Western Europe.


Although all the items in this store are previously owned, the items are always working in the way that the listing describes. If they do not work as described when you receive them we always make sure you are fully refunded through paypal including your original postage fee. Please be aware the item will have to be returned for a refund to be issued. We will organise a courier to collect the item or arrange for you to drop the parcel off at a local shop or post office at your coinvenience. If you are returning an item because you no longer want it or have decided against the purchase then please be aware that you will have to pay both postage for sending and returning the item. If you have changed your mind after recieving your item then you have 14 days to let us know that you would like to cancel an order from the day you recieve it unless the item is faulty then this is extended to 30 days. Please contact us before returning an item and we will arrange for your item to be returned.

Returns Disclaimer.

Please note that all items serial numbers are photographed on video games consoles and computers (in some cases internally too). If there is a security sticker or seal present then this will be photographed too with any unique markings on the console or computer. Please do not attempt break/tear/remove any seals or stickers that block entrance to inside of the video game console or computer. Doing so will invalidate any warranty and refunds will not be made.

Please do not attempt to open the item or make repairs as refunds will not be issued if this is found to be the case.
